We all know that eating healthy food is good for us and our bodies as they provide us with all the nutrients - vitamins and minerals we need to make our body function properly, But what exactly are these little miracle nutrients all about and what do they actually do for us? We have compiled a list of the main Vitamins from A - K, what they do for us and where to get them, and better yet - we have written them in lamens terms and tried to clear up some of the confusion surrounding them!
