So summer is just around the corner and you like most others are desperate to get into shape quickly so that you can hit the sands to show off your beach bodies and be the hottest beach babe around! Perhaps it’s to impress a certain somebody as you go on a date or maybe you just want to increase your confidence, well it’s not too late! Here’s how to…
Get a Beach Body
Diet
Start off with a good healthy diet regime. What and how often do you eat in a day? My hottest diet tip is to eat 5-6 smaller meals per day, rather than 3 large meals with snacks in between. Why? Ok, eating more often stops your body from entering a small state of starvation mode, which slows your metabolism down. It also reduces your naughty urges to snack in between meals and you generally feel fuller all day long. Do not miss any meals when using a diet routine like this or it will have an adverse affect on the results. Another top tip i will give you is to drink water, 8 tall glasses per day is sufficient. This has so many benefits for your body its unreal, and what most don’t know is that drinking the right amount of water helps increase your metabolism. You will also benefit with glowing, younger looking skin! If you struggle to find a good diet that works for you then i recommend trying an online diet guide, read about some good ones at my blog or have a look around the web for one you like the look of. Be careful as there are a lot of scams out there which simply don’t work, so make sure you get some sound advice when picking your chosen diet program.
Workout
Sit ups, pull ups, push ups, and jogging. Put them together as a workout routine and these are all you will need to tone up for those gorgeous beach bums and bikini bodies! Pretty easy really, but try to make them a little more fun and challenging by having a workout week or a beach workout. Beach training on the sand makes it slightly harder but the results will be worth it to get that stunning bikini body you long for. When running to lose weight, it’s all about distance, not speed. Try to do at least 1 distance run per week for best results. Get a friend involved to make it more fun and work it around both of your schedules. Remember that spot reduction is not possible for weight loss in certain areas as your body will decide where it distributes fat, but spot training will most effeminately tone up the muscles in those areas.
