Diet control is the best fat burning technique since it forces the body to convert fat into energy. A planned diet will utilize the stored fat and give you a lean body. Typically, a fat burning diet includes food that burns fat. When you include such food items in your daily meals it improves the metabolism and promotes weight loss. This diet requires eating small meals in the right proportion and at regular intervals. You need not starve yourself to death.
However, few food items should be completely avoided like, carbonated drinks, alcohol, fried food, potatoes, starchy food, sugar, bread and junk food. These items should be strictly avoided when you are on a diet plan. The idea is to go natural, so include lots of water, fruits and salads. Watch what you eat, since some fruits are high in sugar content. We have prepared a checklist to make this easy for you. Read on to learn more about what should be avoided and what is good for you.
Avoid List
Rice and rice products, bread, yams, corn, potatoes, bananas, custard, apples, grapes, mangoes, fruit juices, canned foods, ketchup, sausages, sugar, honey, butter, cheese, mayonnaise, chocolates, cakes, cookies, fries, pastries, buns, meat, chicken, fish, milk and milk products like, yogurt, curd, soft drinks, colas, alcohol and margarine.
Best Fat Burning Food Items
Here is the list of food that should be included in your daily meals while you are on a plan. This list is smaller than the avoid list, but you need to detoxify your system with such food items. Because you have been piling up your intestines with unhealthy food, now it is time to remove the accumulated toxins. Here we go: whole wheat bread, millet, bran, wheat husk, soy, cucumber, watermelon, almonds, tomato soup, mint and coriander juice, green tea, lime water, vegetable soups, coconut milk, two teaspoons of oil per day and not more than 4 teaspoons of fat free milk used either in tea or coffee.
It sounds a bit difficult to stick to such a diet, but if you are determined about losing weight then diet control is the best fat burning technique. Studies reveal that if you are overweight, you are more prone to heart disease, cancer, impotence, diabetes and other complications.
Detoxification is necessary to cleanse the body. A proper food plan that is rich in anti-oxidants helps in purifying the system. Our body can only extract the goodness from food when it is cleansed or detoxified. The above mentioned avoid list does that. A diet plan accompanied with half an hour of light exercise per day can do wonders to your body. Light exercise can include fat burning running, jogging or brisk walking for half an hour.
